WHO ARE WE

We have over three decades of experience and a reputation for producing some of San Francisco’s most memorable events. Minna Events is built on relationships, hustle, and dedication. What began inside the iconic 111 Minna Gallery has grown into a city-wide operation, delivering full-service event production across SoMa, Yerba Buena, and beyond.

Imagination

We don’t just take your idea and run with it; we expand it. Our team thrives on possibility, dreaming up ways to elevate the experience, surprise your guests, and make your event unforgettable. From the spark of an idea to the final reveal, we bring fresh perspective and creative problem-solving to every step.

Style

Details matter. Atmosphere matters. The way your event feels is just as important as how it functions. Whether it’s visual branding, layout design, or the pacing of the program, we craft events that feel cohesive, considered, and unmistakably you.

Reliability

This is where we earn our reputation. You’ll find us steady in the chaos, organized behind the scenes, and always on point when it counts. With decades of experience, a deep vendor network, and a calm, professional team, we keep things moving—no matter what.

Our network is our superpower

We’ve spent over thirty years cultivating trusted relationships with venues, vendors, and specialists throughout San Francisco. These long-standing partnerships mean less friction, faster decisions, and smoother execution. If we don’t already have the right resource, we will find it, vet it, and keep your event moving without missing a beat.
